Terms and Conditions of Prime Big Deal Day
I. Event Duration
October 8th, 2024, to October 11th, 2024. EDT
II. Event Details
During the event period, customers who purchase designated products will be entitled
to a time-limited discount and have the opportunity to receive a limited edition toy as a gift.
The quantity of gifts is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served
basis.
III. Discount and Gift Details
1. Discounts are applicable to specified products only and are valid for one-time use
per customer unless otherwise specified.
2. Limited edition toys are offered as gifts with the purchase of eligible products.
The total number of gifts is limited, and distribution will be based on availability.
3. Each customer is limited to one gift per transaction, while stocks last.
4. Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

V. Return Policy

guarantee, except those offered in the general Warranty of Lovense products.
VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of these event terms shall be
governed by the laws of Singapore.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to this event shall first be resolved through
friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to
the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. The arbitration shall be
conducted in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. The
arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
VII. Additional Terms
1. Participants must respect and protect all intellectual property rights of the event
organizer, including but not limited to toy designs, images, texts, etc.
2. Lovense reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
3. Details of the event and participation methods will be announced through Lovense's
official website, social media, and other channels prior to the event.Lovense reserves the right
