Lovense always delivers in discreet packaging (same with their billing info). This way you don’t have to worry about other people knowing your purchases – either from shyness or a surprise gift!

How to Use Gemini Nipple Clamps
There are three options on how to use this toy…
- JUST THE TOY – Simply use the alligator clips on the nipples.
- USE THE CLIP – The toy comes with a clear plastic casing with a small clip at the back that’s meant to affix to the center part of your bra.
- WITH THE NECKLACE – Use the black nylon string, put it around your neck and clip the small hook to the loop section on the top of the toy.
While the last two are meant to make sure that the toy doesn’t fall off during public play, they can be used in the bedroom as well. As for the actual clamps, if you’re not sure what pressure point you’ll enjoy, you can just do what I did.
“How to Use Nipple Clamps” – The easiest guide ever…
I turned the top screw until the toy was open enough to put my nipple in. Then, I slowly turned the screw the other way to lower the clamp back down to the point I was comfortable with the pressure.
NOTE: standing up and moving around is going to need more pressure for the nipple clamps to stay in place versus lying down and just enjoying the sensations.
My Lovense Gemini Review – Personal Experiences
The first thing I noticed with Gemini is that the clips and central motor looked a bit bulky. However…
If you look at other vibrating nipple clamps, they’re not exactly small either. And, with Lovense being a brand that promises power, it makes sense that their version would be a little bigger. This includes the upper portion of the actual clamp (because there needs to be someplace to house the vibration mechanism). Whether this is a pro or a con will be totally personal. As for me, I really don’t care because I wouldn’t use them for public play.
After I got the clamps fitted to a pressure I liked, I turned them on.
The vibes felt on the buzzy side (which I expected – again, deep, rumbly vibes aren’t really possible with nipple clamps). The sensations were quite nice. I even liked the patterns (and I’m not usually a pattern type of girl). I can see myself getting very close to nipple orgasms with Gemini (yes, I’m one of those) if I gave myself enough time.
All in all, I really liked the feeling of the vibrator. The toy also gets extra points for being able to control each nipple vibrator separately. Yummy! I can really see it being used for some great edging play.
I don’t have a partner to test the sync feature, but I do have a Nora. So I fiddled around with that feature. It worked as expected and I could see some serious fun for couples OR (like I did) pairing them together for solo play (which was amazing)
As for the bra clip, I foresee it being something people will be divided on.
The optional clip casing is something that will be more secure on a traditional bra (where the underwire comes up in between the breasts). I tested it on my Sloggi and my generic sports bra and the material was too thin to hold the central part of the toy in place. I’m assuming the same would go for a bralette or anything similar. Also with these kinds of bras, the central part of the toy sits way too outward to be used for public play.
NOTE: I’m also a B-cup and tested it on my “fancy-going-out-bra”, just as an FYI. Traditional bras with the central part being far more reinforced and in-set are much better for the clip-on aspect.
Next is the optional necklace – which I really did not like at all.
First, the nylon string looked and felt cheap (especially for a brand that places itself on the high end). The adjustability solution of the necklace is also a simple black bead you’re meant to pull down the string. Again – cheap and doesn’t look nice at all.
The way the “necklace” is attached to the central section of Gemini is a simple metallic hook – the kind you would see on any run-of-the-mill necklace in a dollar store. I was really saddened by this because I know just by looking at it that the hook was a cheap one … and therefore made with some percentage of nickel. This means, for people like me who have a nickel allergy, it might not work out well.
However, if you’re in the same boat as me on this nitpicky part, it would be easy enough to buy your own “necklace” or go full-blow “nipple clamp jewelry” to attach it.
Gemini for Discreet Public Play
My main impression of Gemini is that if you want to use these for discreet public play, you aren’t going to be able to wear them under anything slinky or super revealing if you don’t plan on wearing a bra. The casing and clamps will be very obvious. Well, unless you’re going to a sex club or something similar, then it doesn’t matter at all.
I tested them under my push-up bra with some normal padding and they were hidden quite well. So, you’ll be able to have lots of fun in that department with the right undergarments.
But, since they’re not whisper-quiet, it’s a good idea to go someplace with at least some noise. Like walking in the park, along the street, at a club, etc.

Absolutely! You can use Lovense vibrating nipple clamps as part of foreplay, during sex, coupled with masturbation, etc. Pair the extra nipple stimulation any way you wish.
Yes. You can control the vibrations through the button presets (low/med/high), have them fluctuate through app control, or reprogram the vibration presets that whatever levels you prefer. Meaning, if the manufacturer’s “high” vibration setting is too much, you can pick a lower vibration level, etc.
You’ll get 1.5 – 2 Hours of continuous use depending on the vibrations levels. Eg. “high” vibrations will run out the battery faster. This is normal for any sex toy.
The clamps are IPX6 Water-Resistant – this means you can’t immerse them in water. But they can withstand cleaning and some splashing. Showers should be ok but they’re not waterproof.
Gemini is specifically made for the nipples. Lovense does not recommend using it for any other purposes.
Yes, Gemini has a very unique feature. You can sync them with Nora, Max 2, or Calor. This means that however one of these toys moves, the clamps will react. So, if some thursts harder or slower, the clamp vibrations will react the same. This is great for long-distance relationships or long-distance play. You can see an example in the video below.

Extra Thoughts on These Vibrating Nipple Clamps
I can only give my experiences with Gemini as a B-cup girl. I can see bigger ladies easily being able to use these. However, I honestly have no idea if the wire length will be enough for those women out there with super-ample breasts. Especially if they’re going to wear them under the bra.
If you’re not sure, I suggest looking at the specifications, getting a bit of string, and cutting it to the toy length. Then, you can see if they will fit you. If not, totally email Lovense with your feedback.
Why?
Because 99% of second and third+ generation improvements are made from customer feedback. If you don’t like something about a toy, tell them. E.g. I don’t like the nipple clamps necklace, but I’m confident they’ll come around to upgrading Gemini in the future – especially for a toy that runs around 150 bucks (when it’s not on sale – but you can usually find fantastic holiday sales if you’re patient).
Would I Recommend Gemini?
Despite the one con that irked me (because I don’t have to use that part if I don’t want to), I would still recommend Gemini to potential buyers – after they go over these points first…
- Are you a big-boob girl? Test the wire length first with some string.
- Want them for public play? Make sure you have at least a semi-padded bra.
- Played with clamps before? Gemini is a perfect upgrade.
- Want to dip your toes into light BDSM play? This toy is still great for gentle first steps.
- Are you on a budget? There’s always a sale that makes them much more affordable.
Add the pros of great motor strength, Bluetooth control, long-distance, control, a 10k+ pattern library, and all the other bells and whistles that come with the Lovense Remote app, and there’s a lot of fun to be had with Gemini. I would easily rank these as one of the best nipple clamps for versatility.
